Voor het vrijwilligerswerk, voor de samenleving, voor het democratisch functioneren ervan. Vanuit die overtuiging ontstond het project Vrijwilligerswerk Versterkt, dat zich richt op een brede toegankelijkheid van kwetsbare groepen tot vrijwilligerswerk. Uit het actiespoor zijn praktische suggesties en inzichten opgetekend; vanuit het reflectiespoor geven we dieper, kritisch inzicht in de mogelijke spanningsvelden die in de relatie vrijwilligerswerk - kwetsbare groepen aan de oppervlakte komen. De auteurs gaan op zoek naar de rol die vrijwilligerswerk kan spelen voor de afgebakende doelgroep.
